John is currently the Founder of Advanced Lifestyle Seminars and a Multi Star Diamond Distributer for the explosive home based fitness company of BeachBody. John addresses live audiences every month where he impacts tens of thousands of lives every year. John also is working on the completion of a wide variety of CDs and DVDs. John was initially a student of all he now teaches. John says, "I did not grow up with a high level of self-confidence or self-esteem. I have attended dozens of live seminars over the last 20 years, have read hundreds of books, and have studied many highly successful people. I had a burning desire to improve in any way I could, in all areas of my life." John took the information and put it into action. That action started to yield results.
